Cleo Clothing aims to provide a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. In case of return/exchange, please review the aspects below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- We don’t have any return policy if a customer orders a wrong size and that exact size is delivered.
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
- Sale items, accessories, and final sale products are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Inbox us in Facebook messenger or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping order detail (if applicable).
- Pack and Ship: Safely pack your item(s) and return it to the delivery person upon arrival. Please ensure the package is returned exactly as it was initially shipped.
- Return Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds:
- Approved returns will be processed, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect on our part.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 1 hour of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping:
- For defective or incorrect items, Cleo Clothing will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
